Important: AI Credit Usage Policy

AI credits are provided for legitimate recipe generation purposes only
Abuse of AI credits, including but not limited to automated scraping, excessive generation, or commercial exploitation without authorization is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to AI features for users who violate this policy
Each user receives a fair-use allocation of AI credits
AI-generated content must comply with our content guidelines

3. User Content

By submitting recipes, comments, or other content to Vigo.ai, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content within the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempting to bypass any AI credit limitations or security measures
Uploading malicious code or interfering with the Service
Impersonating others or providing false information
Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
Harvesting or collecting user data without consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Vigo.ai and its licensors.

6. Termination
